Sooooo nice to cook with. 6 quarts is the perfect size. I’ve been doing easy slow cooked recipes every day. Chicken salsa verde. Chicken tagine with dates. Anything braised and then simmered. Dinner has gotten 10x tastier and easier.

It’s affordable, easy to scrap with its flat bottom and square sides, a good size and has wide handles making it easy to take out of the oven. It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for.

Website is great and customer service is extremely helpful. Oddly the box wasn't sealed when they shipped it to me. It smelled horrible and had a scratch upon arrival (but a quick wash fixed the smell and I learned to accept the scratch b/c of the partial refund they gave me). Had I known that dutch ovens were as temperamental as cast iron (the rims of the pot and cover are unsealed cast iron) I likely would've gone another route. You also can't use any acidic cooking/clean items on the enamel(aka the interior and exterior). But it is a nice color, conducts heat pretty well, and seems to be of a solid build. Looking forward to using it to bake bread in the upcoming weeks. Not for everyday cooking. The price is hard to beat.

My new dutch oven is awesome! I found Goldilocks through Carla Lali Music’s videos and am absolutely loving it. The pan has a smooth, flat bottom that heats up great on my electric stove! The lid is heavy and fits nice & snug on top to trap all the heat & steam which is perfect for any long stew, soup, or braise. The handles are big, making it super easy to hold with a towel wrapped around my hands. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an affordable alternative to Le Crucet. Only feedback is that I wish it came in more colors! Maybe eggshell or cream?

The design overall improves on your typical Dutch oven. The larger surface area & handles that are functional with an oven mitt are great features. Feels high quality & the paint is nice in person.

I purchased the green Dutch oven and absolutely love the color. The handle on the lid stays cool to the touch and the enamel feels and looks great. For the price I couldn’t believe it!
