Buxom itself is a nice product I have used it for years. I always brought from their retail stores. This was my first and last purchase with them from TT. I placed a 52.49 order expecting a free gift. After l, placed my order they split the purchase into two shipments. No big deal that happens alot when I purchase on TT. However, they refused to send the free gift saying I made two separate orders. The reason I received free shipping on both was because the item I brought was at one time. You get free shipping if you spend 30.00 one was only 22.00 after the split but they honored the free shipping because the order split was their doing not mine. Buxom said nope you made two orders but I didn't and refused to send the free gift. For me its the principle of it not the money. I'll just spend with Skinn comestics moving forward. Their gloss is amazing and they operate with integrity.
