Just arrived today! Let it stand for about 3-4 hours after arrival. For the window we do have to cut off a piece since it’s to wide for our window. As soon as it was plugged in, the air was very cool. Cooled my room immediately. Recommend! Performance: Amazing. Design: Little big but it’s due to the amount of BTU.

I like it, it's very easy to use. The nugget ice is nice to chew but not like Chick-fil-A it's kinda smaller and more square shaped. I still like it though, it makes a good amount of ice for one person who likes A LOT of ice. It's not THAT noisy either. It can self clean too. Capacity: 8/10. Design: 10/10. Performance: 10/10.
