Sent the cheaper version when I distinctly ordered the one with 12+ Volt plug inc and 4 outlets first pictured was not what I received instead I received picture #2

I ordered Anker SOLIX C309 DC, received Anker 548 Powerbank - cheaper model. the top part of box was torn, tape sealing the box appeared to have been resealed. Maybe I was not the first person they sent this item to. Main thing is this was NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I wonder if this was done on purpose

Super disappointed with the delivery and notifications issue, it says that my package was delivered today at 2:34 PM and I didn't even get anything. I looked around and asked my neighbors and nothing, I even asked the manager's office and nothing.

Came around the time they expected it delivered. New Years had mail services slow. Package came with tears in the wrapping and a big hole punched into the side. The box was beat up and the lid taped closed like it was a returned item. Currently charging it to see how it performs

I purchased the Anker Solix but was sent the 548 instead. Kind of bummed about that as the Solix has more charge ports. First pic is what I received, second pic is what was shown in the ad. The item on their page is now changed to the 548 as well but it’s definitely not what I purchased.

I remember this was advertised as lifepo4 battery type to last at least 3000 cycle or ten years. I was excited for it.When it came this is a downgrade version. It’s lithium ion. It’s still not bad but it’s only have around 300 to 500 cycle before it turn bad.I rather spend my money on lifepo4 batery

Careful when ordering this product. I got sent the same Anker 548 that I bought a year ago. It is not an upgraded version it is the exact same thing!!

If you're thinking of buying this and you do want the solix C300 DC, make sure you order the "Upgraded Version" because if you order the "Sprout green" like I did while half asleep watching a tiktok live you just receive the 548 power bank which is not listed in the title of this at all.

It's great to have a battery just in case I loose power and need to keep my phone charge, plus the light helps especially during a black out. Or if I need to plug in a USB light to make videos outside of my usual set up.

Seller shipped the wrong product. Either they have bad shipping quality control or they are fraudulent. Very disappointed. I ordered the SOLIC C300 and they shipped the much cheaper 548 model.
