Capacity: The space in the bag is very good. You have four different zippers. You have enough room for all your things to put in there to have a back one is right up next to your chest or around your stomach. Quality of work: I would think the bag would be great for work, Out and about going for a run a night out on the town.

It’s a cheap made and bad quality. It’s uncomfortable to wear as in crossbody or funny pack, it doesn’t have enough length to extends the straps. The threads are falling apart so easily. I’ve found black threads in between of the materials. I’m returning this.
