These actually are painful to use for more than a few minutes. I've tried medium which fit well and block out noise well but become intolerable quickly, and small which are too small but still somehow manage to become painful. Maybe I just have extra sensitive ear holes.

Just sell the cloud foam plugs!
The cloud foam plugs are fantastic I've never used the silicon ones cus I need the hearing protection. Sure would be nice if you would just sell the foam tips I don't need different sizes and the others will simply become garbage!
also I believe when I bought at least 2 of my sets of BT buds I was told I would receive a free gift of a set of these replacement tips and never received anything at all.
