This is the third bottle I've received where the pump doesn't work. I like the product itself but am frustrated with the bottle.

This was my absolute favorite conditioner form 100 percent pure or any conditioner for that matter! It left my hair super silky and soft and moisturized, and shiny, and was a fabulous detangler. I recently got a new bottle and they sadly have changed the formula, and this new one is terrible! It didn’t stay in my hair, the texture is way thinner than the old formula, and it left my hair super dry and flat and frizzy, not soft and wavy and moisturized like the old formula. I’m honestly really shocked at the difference, and heart broken that they changed it. This new one is unusable. Please please bring the old formula Back!

My hair was suddenly SO dry from the cold temperatures and using too much hot water in the shower, but after using this conditioner one time, it was a total turnaround! My hair is beyond silky smooth and I'm absolutely obsessed!

After 1-2 uses of the Glossy Locks Repair Shampoo and Conditioner, my hair is smoother and less frizzy! I've tried several clean, all-natural conditioners and this is one of the few that accomplished that. My hair type is medium loose waves (2A mostly / 2B), and I highlight it, so that dries it out. I also like how it felt in my hair, and feel good that if it's absorbed by my scalp and skin, it's non-toxic.

I've been using Glossy Locks Repair Conditioner and Glossy Locks Moisture Conditioner for years and they really worked great for me. But on my last reorder, I found that the conditioners are different and not as good. They no longer de-tangle for me or leave my hair smooth like they used to. The smell of the moisture conditioner is completely different now (the repair is somewhat the same as it was), which some may like, but I don't really. I contacted the company because I thought there was a mix up and products had been mislabeld. They explained that the production had been moved to a new, on-site location. That sounds great, but it has negatively affected the product for me. I got great customer service and I still love the ingredient lists, but ultimately the conditioners don't work for me anymore. I really loved using them all those years!

I have very thin and curly/wavy hair and I was using the Grow more conditioner to detangle and condition my hair for YEARS before they suddenly changed the manufacturing plant resulting in the formula not doing it's job on my hair (no more detangling). So I decided to try their entire lineup of conditioners to see which one worked best to detangle my hair (and condition it). The best detangler I found is this conditioner. I just need one pass to get my hair smooth. But is it a good conditioner apart from that? No. It leaves my hair frizzy and dry looking. The best conditioner for soft, shiny (not super weighed down) hair is the honey and coconut one. (The pink photo is the one with the Repair conditioner, and the blue photo is the one with the honey/coconut conditioner)

I decided to try this out. My hairdresser had to cut 3 inches off because of the damage due to hairdryer and straightening. I have wavy, thin, fine hair. I decided to stop straightening and try this product to attempt to improve the dry damaged texture of my hair and yes, it definitely improved it. I used the 100% pure coconut conditioner previously, but this repair conditioner takes conditioning to a whole new level of softness. My hair no longer feels dry and damaged and has improved drastically. My hairdresser had no complaints the next time I visited her and only had to trim a small amount from the ends of my hair. Nice! Maybe I can grow it long again with the help of this conditioner!

I love this product! I use it 3 days per week and leave in on my hair about 3-4 minutes before rinsing each time. Makes my softer, shinier, and smoother especially on the ends.

This conditioner is fabulous. I just got a compliment on my hair for the first time in... a very long time! My hair was extremely dry, damaged, and frizzy. I tried MANY different expensive conditioners, leave-in serums, and a combo of both, but everything left my hair either feeling greasy or feeling like straw. This conditioner is amazing!!! It's nice and thick, so you only need to use a small amount of it. My hair is so soft, and my curls are finally back and looking great. And the conditioner smells like Christmas, too. :) Another awesome product from 100% Pure!

Not loving this. I have long thick wavy hair and it takes 8 pumps to get enough on to feel like it’s doing anything. No matter what amount I use, hair feels sticky and dry afterwards and the smell is weird like others have commented—to me it smells like cloves.

I have fine, thin hair. 56yrs old, losing some hair after menopause. This conditioner is really smoothing without weighing your hair down. I go back & forth between this and the kelp volumizing conditioner. I love them both!!

its been really great, after shampooing with the glossy locks repair shampoo i apply this creamy conditioner that keeps my hair clean and shiny until my next wash! had a hard time finding the right shampoo/conditioner combo for my hair and i think i finally have a keeper!

Absolute love it. I have thin, color treated hair with natural wave. It's frequently frizzy and dry. This conditioner is thick and definitely lives up to its name. Made my hair lustrous and shiny, immensely helped the frizz and dryness. Can't say enough how much I love it. :)
