i love this ring! tells me everything and surprisingly very accurate. theres no subscription and theres an app to download on your phone and the ring comes with a QR code for it. the menstrual section was somehow on point with everything without me even updating it, its like it already knew. i love the fact it’s waterproof (haven’t showered with it tho) and my favorite sections are the sleep and stress level ones. the battery life is amazing i haven’t charged it in like 2-3 days and it will notify you when the battery is low. im usually a size 8 but some of my fingers are a 7 and some are an 8 so i got an 8 and just put in on whatever finger it fitted but probably size up one.
