It’s pretty good assembly wasn’t bad quality is what you would expect. I did not have any missing pieces. Instructions are a little confusing but after you get it down, it’s pretty easy. Don’t have any real complaints and I still haven’t gotten my cat so I can’t say that she likes it or not I forgot to mention that the steppingstone is only secured by two little bolts, which I don’t know how I feel about that but it’s OK I guess It does have a Thing that you can drill into the wall to make it more secure, but I have not done that yet

my cats love it but first one only lasted 3 months. the carpet is only held on by 1 bead of hot glue. it's not glued all the way around on the inside like it should be. need to sell replacement carpet for it maybe. I'm gonna drop the old one in sisle rope and see if they like that.
