My iPhone 12 Pro Max with case fits snug. No room for anything else which is good that there’s a small Velcro pocket in the side for a small bunch of keys or a car fob and 1 key. Elastic belt is a bit in the thin side so it may dent over time. Good thick YELLOW material. Holds full Kirkland water bottle nicely

Good vest but the water slashes when you run. Noise canceling ear phone help but if you use open earphones you will hear the water (and its annoying).
