Taste: 10/10 great amount of spicy, a hint of lime and you can still taste the beef turkey. Texture: crunchy just how everyone shows, has a lot of powder which was my selling point.

I have never had rainbow trout, it’s now a staple in my home. I tried the smoked rainbow trout with hot honey and this was absolutely fabulous. The flavor was rich, smoky, and buttery without being overpowering.
