Shockingly, it worked. I’ve had a leak every time it rains. Put this across the top of the windshield, and no more leak. Wish I would have ordered the wider version, but the 3mm one is working so far.

Awesome product for the price. Fit perfect. Had to trim 2.5 inches off. Keep in mind there's a left and right indicators on the tip. Installation is fast. It took me less than 10 min to install. There's no adhesive tape to remove. Just tap in place with a rubber hammer.
