It froze quick. If your skinny, it lays flat on your shoulders. If your chunky, it wraps snug around your neck. All in all, it does what it claims. Cooled me right down. I put it in the insulated bag and checked it after half hour. Still frozen. No condensation. Wish it came with a carabiner tho.

I bought it because my husband works outside in the sun. He told me that it's great because it cools his head and makes him feel cool all over but the bad part is he may get about 2 to 3 hrs because he works directly in the sun. Performance: Good Scent: None
