Yes! This pole is so amazing. I have flimsy popcorn ceilings and carpet, and it stays perfectly still (im also a curvy girl and this thing don’t budge). I definitely recommend getting this, and you may want a second person to help out. It’s very rental friendly, no damage. I love it!!

I would say the equipment, if built properly and has good stable tension from floor to ceiling, it's safe to use. But make sure to put a piece of wood between the ceiling and pole base to evenly distribute tension towards ceiling to decrease possible damage to ceiling.

These exercise bands definitely work. They have tightened and firmed within a couple of weeks. I would definitely purchase these again. I bought one for my friend as well. They also come in a really beautiful package.
