Best bread flour for sourdough hands down! I usually wait 2 or 1 hour to let my bread cool off after baking it but this one, I only wait 5 minutes to cool off and cut it. Never had problems with gumminess and dense bread. 10/10

Absolutely phenomenal flour. Fresh soft dough. I've made English muffins, doughnuts, bread, pasta, pizza, banana bread, muffins, cookies and this flour handled it all like a champ. Great flavor beautiful crumb.
