Missing parts, unfortunately had no chance to use it. Update: The seller was absolutely wonderful, he immediately corrected the issue and sent me another one with no charge. The product works great, the battery works for a long time. Does a great job. Highly recommend.

This is a great robot for window cleaning. It saves effort to climb up to clean the top of the window. Working very good especially for apartments.
