These are surprisingly effective for gas and bloating. After trying plenty of different supplements for these issues with limited success, my expectations were low but I’m shocked at how well these work. They relieve gas almost immediately for me which then helps the bloating. The only thing is that occasionally they leave a pretty strong peppermint flavor in the throat/chest which isn’t the most terrible thing but might be uncomfortable for some. It does help if you take them right before a meal though!
