I honestly didn’t know which way to wear them both feels fine and neither feels wrong so wtv. I think this product is pretty good especially for it’s pricing. You could 100% get higher quality ones but as long as u don’t have claws on it shouldnt snap or b broken like some of the reviews say.

Seems pretty good, material feels solid and stitching looks decent. No loose threads of anything like that. I put it on back my back been hurting. It fits a little tighter than expected so you might want to do a size up from your normal size but my back pain eased me. Just one issue so far the back
