I haven’t used it enough to see drastic progress but it definitely gets the muscles in my cheeks and rear jawline pumped and working with the tight resistance, I think you should be cautious so you don’t hurt yourself by overdoing it or favor one side and cause or worsen an imbalance. I like that is Velcro on the back and that the strap on the wall can be adjusted to the height needed. It’s a good quick workout 👍

I bought this for my son for Christmas and it’s great. It’s a fabulous stress reliever for the entire family. I may or may not have used it a few times myself. 😉 My only issue with it is that the volume doesn’t go that high when you connect it to your Bluetooth.
