Box came in a good condition and fast delivery but one of the end of the bed frame is slightly bent. The mattress is thick and seems comfortable. There is minor complications with putting screws in tight space. Manufacturer need to redesign where the screws go.

Received the bed and it was damaged. Requested a refund. They contacted me and replaced the bed. I love this! Bed looks just like the pics. I have an extra mattress so I just thru it over. (Yes it comes with the mattress as shown) but for extra comfort I added an extra mattress. it’s very sturdy and comfortable. I would have given it 4 stars but they contacted me right away and fixed the problem. I love that.
