After checkout, use the TikTok app to review your order details and available delivery information. From your TikTok Shop order area, you may be able to:

• Check the current order status
• Review purchased products and payment details
• View available shipment and tracking information
• Contact the seller or find order-related support
• Start an eligible cancellation, return, or refund request
• Follow the progress of an existing return or refund

Order-management options can vary according to the product, seller, fulfillment stage, and market.

To start an eligible return in the TikTok app:
