Product benefit：Edge Control is good but, once I sweat my edges do lift. Not as strong as advertised. Scalp oil and Scalp Balm, I can’t say much bc I only used it twice and no difference.
Scent：Strong mint smell. I can’t use it on my kid.

Customer service: Poor! I asked why my product was not shipped after 7 days multiple times on the flash sale live I ordered from, no response. I was ignored. Once I said I would cancel it, I got shipped message. Idk if I will order it again. Thanks.
