The first couple of days I didn’t notice a difference until I had a very busy morning and forgot to put it on. Within a hour of applying I didn’t feel as overwhelmed anymore. It’ worth trying. Also holds up in the shower. Results differ for some people. My daughter said it made her skin itchy.
