The design of the hat and the whole concept was fantastic. I love the material. I will be honest about this review. I didn’t expect for the rim of the hat to be so large, but that wasn’t really the problem. More of the problem was the fact that only one fan worked. I’ve done everything to try to get it to work before I did this review and nothing happens so I will be sending it back.

Production came very poorly packaged in a very small box folded and stuffed! This cause for the product I paid money out of my own pocket for to come damaged !!

I wanted to love this. The quality is poor. It arrived with the cover to 1 fan off. It never stayed on despite many efforts to fix it. It also doesn't hold a charge for very long. It didn't last for a 30 minute walk. Sadly, after charging for a 2nd time, the entire fan broke away from the hat.

They came in broken and have a bad smell to them. The fans have completely different charging ports that don’t match, they are missing the water proof top piece. The stitching is coming apart and the back has a loop that is supposed to help adjust the size and doesn’t even do anything. Disappointed

So I bought this for my dad for Father’s Day very disappointed in product it was folded up like a letter and shoved in a small box so now when you wear it it doesn’t hold its shape it the sides come down where the fans are mounted and almost touch ur face
