I bought this at the suggestion of someone on TikTok, who said it helped alleviate symptoms of depression. I began taking this about a week and a half ago and my mood is so much better! When I tell you, I have struggled with depressive symptoms on and off since the birth of my children, I mean it. I did not expect this to work, but my mood is good. Not only that, I have energy all day! And for some reason, my appetite has been decreased. When I looked this Up online, that was also one of the potential benefits of saffron! I am about to order two more bottles because I do not want to run out!!

Just received yesterday and my rt. Hip pain seems like it's down to a three from an eight on pain scale and noticed my swollen ankles and feet were normal again in size last night! It's been triple didgets here in California so that says a lot for me. I only took one tablet yesterday as was out and about shopping so didn't read that two capsules are the recommended dosage. I have problems with circulation in my legs and this seems like it's helping with that problem as well! Will definitely reorder this product again!
