Finally an Omega 3 I can take without burping fish oil. I have very bad reflux so it was always a problem. Taking this and the d3 + k2. Both are easy to take and easy to digest

Tried these products based on Brookes recommendations, and they truly help! Added pumpkin seed oil and turmeric as well.
Performance：So far so good! Been taking them for about 10 days. Fish oil pills are huge that’s the only drawback

Thought I would try these supplements versus the normal over the counter viamins. The d3 & k2 supports bone and cardiovascular health. This combination also plays a role in immune function, blood pressure regulation, and potentially reducing the risk of certain diseases.
