A little difficult to use it's like a tube filled with gel not individual flowers but it smells great and for the price it's definitely worth it and they look cute not perfect but cute
Not difficult to use just user error the hearts you have to twist to line up in the grooves to push it for each one otherwise you think it's stuck but if you do it right easy and cute

I liked it you have to be light handed when pushing out the product. Otherwise the flowers won't come out right. Lol I had big blotches. Instead of the picture that was shown. But the smell was amazing.
Scent：Was very good.
Material：Good.
Cleanliness：It cleans right off as the toilet is flushed.
Characteristics：Nice if you do it slowly.
