Personally like this product. Had knee surgery and been having knee pain. Helps relieve it and definitely can feel it heat up like bio freeze. Doesn’t last as long as I would like, but definitely worth the purchase.

Although, it is a little hard to get out of the jar because it's a gel, the product does help alleviate the pain. Personally, it doesn't last for a long time, but I do feel the relief. Just make sure you wash your hands thoroughly after use.
