YOU NEED TO EAT 3-4 of these a day keep that in mind when purchasing. There are only 60 gummy’s per container and it is not going to last you a month; 3 a day will give you a 20 day supply. These seem to be working amazing however they’re disgusting the texture is gross the taste is gross. They are incredibly hard to get down would prefer to see this is a powder or a pill instead. However my results have been the best I’ve had in the last 3 years working out
