I’ve been taking daily for two weeks. I consulted my primary doctor for feedback. She said these are great and to give them a try. I’ve been trying to lower cortisol levels due to many (MANY) years living in “fight or flight”, chronic fatigue, and excess weight, even though I’m in the gym regularly and eat healthy. So far, I’ve noticed positive changes in sleep patterns and the “cortisol belly” is decreasing. I’m more energetic when I’m waking up and less brain fog. 10/10
