The taste is pretty good although I tried it twice in a day and it made me very sleepy also I was surprisingly calm at work . I thought the reviews were just giving out false hope but it really works I’m only on day one hopefully it’ll slim my face down.

I like the product, just not a fan of the flavor. Overall, this product does give you a sense of calm which leads to a restful sleep! Will definitely purchase again!
