The regular, caramel & cinnamon all taste great. Cinnamon was just my favorite & this is my 2nd 6 pack. I put a stick in my pocket to let it get soft, then take it about 30-45 minutes before bed. My energy level really has improved. I would recommend, but I checked with my dr first.
