Very easy to assemble and got quite the workout in right away! Great to put on with a show on and workout right at home. Slides easily underneath any shelf or table. Will definitely be ordering more workout equipment from this shop. Even my cat liked it!

This is such a fun way to work out. I use it for about 20 minutes 4-5 times a week and am loving it. My kids (13 and 11) even get on it and use it. It’s also easy for me to slide under a chair when not in use. Great purchase over all!!!

It arrived in a box, all put together, except the hand accessories, which were very easily attached with a handy sized screw and a paper user manual. Extremely lightweight and very easy to use. I think I’m going to like this in my little outdoor gym :))
