My jaw pops and locks a LOT especially when I’m stressed and this helps sooo much. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be able to live without this stuff from now on. I’ve tried other Magnesium Bisglycinate’s (pills and powder) and none work as well as this one. Tastes yummy too, almost like lemonade!

Performance：I bought it to improve my sleep and since starting with it I had some of the best sleep I've had in a long while.
Flavor：Since it's in flavored it makes it easy to add to my water coffee juice pretty much anything that I've drank.
