I started this today and I didn't even know I had taken it. It was that easy on my stomach. My anemia is chronic and I haven't been able to take other supplements because of the effects on my stomach. This product has absolutely blew my mind. I had absolutely 0 side effects.

These iron pills are great! I tend to get anemic so my doctor told me to take an iron supplement daily. These iron pills don’t cause the constipation that other types of iron can cause.

Iron is essential to the formation and function of healthy red blood cells.* An adequate amount of dietary iron is required for blood cells to efficiently transport oxygen throughout the body. According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), up to 16 percent of individuals in some populations is deficient in iron.
Individuals who can be prone to iron deficiency include:
