Easy to swallow !! I never felt comfortable taken a probiotic without yogurt but everything we need are in these capsules! Doesn’t hurt the tummy either! Took during my menstrual & definitely helped with my flow. i did have more cramps than usual. But i also have PMDD. I highly recommend!

I’ve struggled with too high of a PH for a long time. I smelt super strong and it was itchy down there 😞 I’ve been taking this stuff for almost 2 weeks, and there is no smell or itching anymore! This stuff does EXACTLY what it says it does. Will definitely be getting more!
