Very weak. Didn’t even clean brake dust off. Wheels are relatively new finish of clear coat. A few months old . Sprayed it with cleaner, let it is and power washed it. And nothing. Rim still dirty. Soapy water and a wash mitt cleaned that wheel and the others (which I didn’t spray with cleaner) .
