I love this & I feel the burn 🔥I was skeptical about it but it is a great product for fitness goals of the abs, back strength etc. Slightly bend the knees for great support. I can even do squats while using the twist function! There is a sound that is present when using but you can watch tv & work

Absolutely love this product is Lightweight, easy to use, comes assembled, Small enough to store Anywhere .I have noticed a big difference just a few days. It may sound crazy but it’s not the difference in the look, but it was the difference in how I felt I give this product a 10 out of 10.

It was pretty easy to use. I’ve only had it for a day. I love the color. I love how it’s so easy to use to the twisting. When you’re on the machine. I spit out a 20 minute workout throughout the day. I don’t really feel it in my stomach yet, but I filled it in my calfes for sure This is something I think I could do every day or every other day. Something I can stick to on my journey to lose weight, so I’m so happy I bought it.

My Waist Twist Machine arrived quickly, and it was well packaged. I couldn't wait to open it. Omg, I slowly twisted to left then to the right. I immediately picked up speed. Oh, did I mention how fun it is?!! My rating is 5 stars hands down. Don't wait. Treat yourself, you won't be disappointed!

It works well. It makes a clicking sound but you can always put on music. The color is baby blue not mint green like in the product advertisement. I really wanted mint green. Otherwise I would have gotten pink. I’m keeping it because it works and it fun.
