efinitely a strong machine 💪💪 Arm cords have good tension and I've only done 20 mins standing but I feel it for sure, feels like I've done 20 squats. 🤣 I can't wait to see results and I will update my review. But I'm satisfied with this purchase and I'm sure you will be too.

I love it. I didn't know how to set it on the right settings at first. Now that I do. I get on it three times a day for 10 minutes. And yes you can tell the difference or I can tell the difference in the firmness in my thighs. I love it. Will buy again. Now I understand the assignment. Love it.
