Works great, fits perfectly under my kitchen table so I can use it while doing diamond art. Very well made, operates quietly, I can't do a lot of exercising because of a back surgery but I can do this. Definitely recommend.

I am paraplegic from a spinal stroke. This allows me to keep moving those legs! Quiet and just what I needed. Attachments to keep my upper body and core strong is a bonus. First use paid for itself as far as I’m concerned.

I hate exercise. But this machine actually moves your feet up and down so your legs move and your muscles move with not much effort and it’s wonderful. You can set settings to go backwards forward fast slow it’s timed and so far I h gotten 15 minutes I only had it for a week and my legs feel better.

Absolutely love this. I work at a computer for 8 hours getting 3 10 min breaks. It makes it so easy to keep my legs going. Highly recommend this. Different 15 min settings on forwards and backwards and speed. Keep it interesting

Best thing ever!! I bought this for my mom that doesn’t walk and can’t with this she can sit and move her. She has dementia and Parkinson’s. I even use this when she goes to bed. I place it under my work desk love it. Different speeds, time. Worth the money!

Product arrived sooner than expected. It is not too heavy to be moved from place to place but it is strong and sturdy. I have been able to achieve my step counts for the day since it arrived without the stress on my knees.
