Got this item after it was advertised in the company’s live to help with muscle pain. I was skeptical at first but it really did work. My knees tend to feel pain after a day of work. I sprayed some on my knees massaged it in and it provided relief within a couple minutes. Love this product!

Only complaint is I wish it were larger. It’s my first magnesium spray so I bought from a good brand I trust. I will be testing out other brands to compare but so far I’m very happy as always w guru! An important thing to point out is how well it’s packaged as to not break and arrive safely to you!

It really works! I am shook by how I was nodding off about 10-15 mins after spraying and rubbing it onto the bottoms of my feet. I’ve been going to bed at 12 - 1 am and I have to get up at 6:30 am so I needed some help l. I love this Guru Nanda Magnesium spray. I only wish I had bought sooner
