Very simple to get up and running, came with a nominal charge so I was able to try it out immediately. Quieter than a regular vacuum. Came very quickly.

I had to change my review. My robot vacuum will not stay charged and we don’t even use it daily. It just stops working and we have to return it to the base the first couple months it worked good and now it won’t hold a charge and it just stalls. I paid way to much for it to not work.

I bought this for my Mom who has neuropathy in her feet. Vacuuming is getting more and more difficult for her. She’s obsessed with it! The see through bin allows for her to see just how much it sucks up. It maps the whole house and has a good charge! So far it’s working great with the app as well!

Area rugs need to be secured to the wood floors. The robot will definitely grab the corners and curl up rugs every time. I have cats and this robot has helped a ton in between cleaning. No more hair floating around the floors! I love it!

Within a week of owning this unit it stopped charging when the vacuum returned to the base. Contacted Eureka, who advised they could not honor the warranty because TikTok wasn’t an authorized seller???

I've contacted customer service and waited hours and have still not heard anything back. The "legs" that have brushes snapped in half. This product keeps going in circles and doing the same spot over and over again. It's truly disappointing that eureka can't be bothered to give good customer.
