Id say overall it's a good product if your looking for simplicity.One thing I don't love is that it skips sometimes during printing and it ruins my labels every now and again.But if your looking for something simple or have a small business this is a good lil investment

I was sent the wrong product, however I was quickly given my refund back once I mailed it back. I was then contacted by the seller and they sent me a Polono PM220S free of charge to make up for the mistake. I'm glad they did. This little machine really does get the job done! Get yours now!
