They’re not sticky but that’s the point!! Though they lack adhesive they still stay on!! I walked around Walmart for an hour and a half, no bra and they didn’t move at all!! I’m wearing them now with a pad less bra and they’re still doing their job :)

Description says it is a push up, however package sent says it is a nipple cover. I needed full coverage and push up not to cover my nipples only. No coverage, compared to a pastry. Needless to say I was disappointed
