I have to edit my review: after about a month of use it has stopped sucking up the water and there is no way to reach the seller. We even cleaned it really well and still is is no longer working properly. The return window has already closed. Original Review: I kept seeing all the advertisements for this and to be honest I’ve been wanting a Tineco. I started comparing the two and this really did seem like the better option. So glad I took a chance and got this one because I absolutely love it and have recommended it to others. It’s very easy to use.
