Very cute, and beautiful, worth the price, but my FIW labubu has dirty on her face and I’ve not even open the box yet, it is just a small dirty. Update: Popmart has texted me and give a voucher as an apology ✨

I was really disappointed when I received this item. The box was noticeably defective, with visible damage that was quite concerning. This issue not only affected the presentation but also made me worry about the condition of the product inside.

Arrived in a timely manner. Wasn’t not bubble wrapped tho, so idk if it’s due to poor packing or bad quality control but the nose got scuffed and now paint is missing from the nose. With the amount of time it takes to even buy one, sad that it arrived like this
