I bought TWO! I have one at work and one for home. At first it is intense but I suffer from migraines and doing this everyday 2x has helped so much! I was skeptical but this is fantastic. Like magic hands. I have disc issues in my neck & this brought immediate relief. Can melt tension all over the back. The heat output was not incredible. I was disappointed there, so that’s why it’s missing a star for me. But it’s great & I’ll use it often!
