This product is amazing. I was a little skeptical when ordering it, but I received it in a very timely manner and great packaging. It works so good. I can’t wait to refer it to my friends. I struggle with migraines and I feel this will help relieve tension in my upper back, neck and shoulders.

I was skeptical but this is fantastic. Like magic hands. I have disc issues in my neck & this brought immediate relief. Can melt tension all over the back. The heat output was not incredible. I was disappointed there, so that’s why it’s missing a star for me. But it’s great & I’ll use it often!

I'd give it 10 out of 5, but it's too small for my 6'5" 200 lbs husband... it's perfect for my 13" neck, 5'1" 119lbs body. Literally gave me chills... it keeps going oast when hands are tired and it stays on well, even if you don't pull on the hand straps fir more intensity.band too tight for hub.

Massager is great & I love it! DOES NOT w/ charger cord.The packaging was horrible! Attached photos & video unpacking & you see the box is unusable. I travel for work so it would’ve been convenient to have a box w/ a handle. When I messaged the seller & was only offered discount coupon. Disappointe!

I have neck issues and do crossfit and kickboxing and my shoulders are often tight. I would buy this again and again. It has been so helpful with my tight shoulders. Fast shipping as well.

Update: Customer service reached out and my Dad will be receiving a replacement. Very nice and quick service. It was great for 2 days then randomly stopped working. It will charge, but won't massage. I am really sad, because it was a Christmas gift for my Dad.

Packagings was adequate. Product did not deliver as advertised when it comes to a true massage. Also the instructions for charging and what to look for with lights did not match. Was always Red without reaching a full charge. Customer service was good and fair when requested return/refund.

The massager is made well and looks good. The only reason i gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is personal preferance. It is definitely to strong of a massage for my shoulders, actually a bit painful. Hopefully it is something i will grow to love but it is very enjoyable on my calves after working 12 h

It give me a blister after 15 min using it!!! Also the battery only lasts for 15 to 30 minutes you have to recharge it again. It was painful even in the lowest setting. It was hurting more than it was relaxing

My husband loves this massager and says it’s very strong for the price I paid for. It’s too strong for me and it pinches really hard.

It is a high quality product, but the massage only stays in one spot. You’re not able to move it around to get different spots of the neck which makes it pointless to me.
