I got this as a gift for my mom who experiences a lot of neck pain. She said this was AMAZING!! Not only does it massage, but it also has heat which is a great bonus. It has to remain plugged in to turn on which isn't a problem because the cord is pretty long. Overall great product!!

Very powerful for a good massage. Hands down the best massager i’ve used. The arm slings helps you to add pressure, the speed and direction can be changed. The heat helps even more. Definitely worth the $20 something it’s on sale for.
