Packaged nicely arrived fast. I started taking it right away. In the am and pm I use like half of this spoon 2x a day. It's my second day and I can feel a little something. Imma come back after a month and add to this. Today it gave me periods of feeling really great. I'm gonna order more.

First off I was super excited about this product. It does not come with a scoop and it does not dissolve. Itโs like swallowing wet sand. As far as lucid dreams. After 7 days they are still nonexiseant. Maybe the liquid works better. I feel nothing different from this one. So disappointed.
