Got the xl my measurements are 43in at the waist and 53in below my waist i didn't want to get something to big so the xl was a perfect fit im also 5'1 240lb I tried it on soon as I got it and it was making me sweat already I've tried home wraps with the plastic wrap and they work just hate how they roll up so this perfect

I’ve been wearing non stop since getting it, I never review but have used it so often thought I would. It’s so comfortable and adjusts really nicely doesn’t slip around like other belts. You do sweat a good amount, I struggle with sweating so this great!

I was skeptical about it working, but after a few times using I have noticed a difference! The sweat band fits just right, and is very durable. Ones that I’ve had before worked, but were super thin and just didn’t seem to hold up. Glad I bought this one!
